Location: Bangkok
Job description:
- Lead increase customer satisfaction from the installed base in Thailand.
- Follow up feedback from all accounts and record backup in company database.
- Preparation about invoice and open quotation for new account.
- Support all document for sale team.
- Responsible for User Count Assessment Program to meet all required KPI.
- Work closely and provide information to Sales Reps where required, in order to close deal.
Qualifications:
- Thai Nationality only
- Male or Female, age 24-35 years.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or other related field.
- At least 2 years in an administrative function or customer service or sales operations environment.
- Good understanding of business preferably in the Manufacturing and/or Distribution sector is advantage.
- Strong experience in communicating effectively with customers.
- Good at Excel, Power point, and MS office.
- Good command in spoken and written English. (Direct report to foreigner supervisor)
