- Develop G2M plan for Thailand Business
- Generating new business and achieve the assigned revenue.
- Maintain strong pipelines through creating sales opportunities.
- Drive sales processes develop quotations and proposals
- Develop business strategies for designated accounts.
- Build strategic customer relationships to understand customers' pains/requirements and to achieve sales strategies and objectives.
- Understand competitors and their strategies.
- At least 10 years' experience with track record in IT Solution sales, software business or IT Industry.
- Strong initiative, strategic planning, result driven, analytical skills, presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent skills in sales and team management.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong passion with good knowledge in solution sales and IT services.
- Good personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude toward team working and willing to work hard.
- Be able to drive and own a car
