  • Perform support on business application such as production issues, setup configuration or upload/download operational data.
  • Summarize application requirement and prepare/setup master data.
  • Provide guidance on functional solution.
  • Prepare UAT environment and provide support to test functionality before go-live.
  • Provide system document and training to users.
  • Provide 1st line support to troubleshoot business applications and/or reporting system under SLA.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Thai Nationality, age 25 - 38 years old.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Application Support in Insurance filed.
  • Knowledge in Oracle Database, SQL, PL /SQL is preferred
  • Strong in database and programming skill.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Good analytical, problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem analysis, self-motivated, enthusiastic and resolution skill are required
