Responsibility:

  • Handling incoming phone calls and transferring phone calls and take messages.
  • Ensure reception area and meeting rooms are tidy.
  • Welcoming guests and candidate and provide coffee/tea/water.
  • Present company presentation to candidates and survey an interview feedback.
  • Update candidate's profile on database; attach resumes, documents, photo.
  • Update staff birthday lists, office map etc.
  • Manage and organize meeting room for meeting and interview.
  • Manage office maid to clean office, to go to bank, to go to post office
  • Manage office medicine box, stock medicine.
  • Organize couriers and messenger for the office.
  • Organize company event; staff birthday party, Cappies, company outing, staff party and any event.
  • Collect, sort and distribute mail, faxes and parcels to staff.
  • Arrange leave record form for all staff.
  • Order office supply, pantry supply, name card, snack and any purchasing require.
  • Coordinate to insurance company for medical and dental claim for staff.
  • Coordinate to JobsDB to advertise jobs available, edit, deactivated and any inquiries.
  • Contact building maintenance when required (fix light, adjust air-con temperature, etc.)
  • Prepare building access card, office access card, and parking card.
  • Forms for Labor Department
  • Book accommodation for visitors.
  • Other administration work as assigned by office manager.


Qualifications:

  • Thai nationality.
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in administration, secretary, receptionist or related support tasks.
  • Enthusiastic, details-minded, with high work ethics.
  • Possess a can-do attitude, professional attitude, and active multinational environment.
  • Consistent teamwork focusses with excellent service mind.
  • Good command in English for both written and spoken.
  • Strong PC skill (Word, Excel. PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet navigation skill.
