Responsibilities :

  • Apply change management process and tools to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
  • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation plans
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance
  • Chair Change Control Board (CCB) meetings and ensure all preparations for CCB meeting is made available including agenda, change request to be considered and identifying CCB members
  • Consult and coach project teams
  • Coordinate efforts with other specialists
  • Integrate change management activities into project plans
  • Identifies change requests that have not been acted upon in a timely manner and takes appropriate action
  • Identify blocking point and escalate to higher management
  • Ensures that changes are communicated to all stakeholders in a timely and adequate manner
  • Reviews all implemented changes to ensure that they have been carried out
  • Track progress and report issues
  • Log and maintain all change request status and archive closed changes

Qualifications :

  • ฺBachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Business Administration
  • Minimum of 8 year experience in change management or similar function
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life cycle
  • Strong problem solving and root cause identification skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence to people from different level of the organization
  • Excellent in English both written and verbal
  • Advance in MS-office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,) and MS Projects
