Customer Relationship Manager (Luxury Brand)
- Strengthen up the customer development program and broaden customers network for Luxury Brand in Thailand.
- Works as project leader to create CRM activity plan and Loyalty Campaign helped to promote Sales, Store Revenue and Customer Centric Service Mind.
- Work closely with the CRM Regional Team, Retail Store Operation Team, Visual Merchandise Team, Merchandise Team and PR Marketing Team to generate customer relationship activities and loyalty program.
- Analyze CRM data base, Promotion Campaign, Medias Engagement and related CRM activities to improve business through CRM actions.
- Sourcing proper local suppliers and prepare budget to do Event organizer, Activity Production, Gift, Marketing Media and any items related to CRM Loyalty Campaign.
- Working closely with Financial department to allocate budget and ROI evaluation.
- Analyze and prepare required reports and feedback with team for better improvement.
- Prepare effective client lists for the special events.
- Support Brand Marketing Activities, New Product Launching Events, Oversea Trip Planning and ad-hoc activities with team.
- Thai Nationality, Male or Female
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a CRM Manager and Loyalty Campaign
- Good analytic of CRM data base, social medias channels and CRM activities ROI.
- Strong Customer-Centric-Mindset and work in quick decisive action
- Creative and elegance ideas to treat client with Brand Standard.
- Experience in luxury retail would be advantages.
- Flexible, positive thinking with Can-Do Attitude.
- Good command of English both in written & spoken.
