Customer service and administration officer
- To support superior in HR/Administration tasks e.g. contact with external recruitment agency, make appointment with the candidates, and other administration support to HR Dept.
- Be a point of contact and support to internal and external (international) customers included answer the telephone queries and email regarding to order and deliveries.
- To manage invoicing and pre-payments before delivery, as defined in company's system.
- To review and check contract with credit controller, and other related department to follow up company compliances.
- To support sales dept. according to coordinates and preparing sales document process, follow up payment in timely manner. Also support the administration tasks.
- To handle claims, investigate and take appropriate action including arranging the return of faulty or damaged items and follow up credit notes.
- To update company's database that related with assembly system, flow delivery and replacement etc. and make sure the business run smoothly.
- Thai nationality only.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field.
- 2+ years experiences in administration position and familiar with manufacturer products would be advantageous.
- Knowledgeable in SAP, Scala, SAP logistics or other process module would be advantageous.
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft especially Excel.
- Good customer services skills, details-minded, proactive, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good command in English.
