Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Operation and Customer Service Strategy development and implementation.
  • Provide strong leadership, vision, insight and motivation and goals to developing Customer Service.
  • Customer Service performance monitor and evaluation, develop performance improvement action plans.
  • Ensure effectiveness of subordinates, follows company process, policies, and partner's requirements.
  • Manage, select, interview, train and coach Contact Center's team members, and monitor their performance to follow company's standard.
  • Handling customer complaint
  • Ensure operation support provided able to meet service commitment and customer requirement


  • Thai Nationality only.
  • Minimum 3 years management experience in Contact Center.
  • Experience in managing at least 10 agents.
  • Excellent command in English.
  • Excellent communications and inter-personal skills
  • Self-motivated, reliable and resourceful.
