Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operation and Customer Service Strategy development and implementation.
- Provide strong leadership, vision, insight and motivation and goals to developing Customer Service.
- Customer Service performance monitor and evaluation, develop performance improvement action plans.
- Ensure effectiveness of subordinates, follows company process, policies, and partner's requirements.
- Manage, select, interview, train and coach Contact Center's team members, and monitor their performance to follow company's standard.
- Handling customer complaint
- Ensure operation support provided able to meet service commitment and customer requirement
- Thai Nationality only.
- Minimum 3 years management experience in Contact Center.
- Experience in managing at least 10 agents.
- Excellent command in English.
- Excellent communications and inter-personal skills
- Self-motivated, reliable and resourceful.
