- Manage sales team in business of Food and Personal Care
- Monitor and review sales team activity, revenue and performance
- Report and present sale revenue, profit, expense, market situation and problem to management team
- Collaborate with overseas suppliers for product development and pricing negotiation.
- Finding new suppliers to build up a business unit and expand the market.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Chemical or Food Science related field
- 8 years' sales experience in Foods Additives, Personal Care & Cosmetics industry.
- 5 years' experience in management team.
- Good market analysis, planning skills and strategic thinking.
- Good communication in Thai and English
