Group Account Director (Digital Marketing Agency)

Job Responsibility:

• Lead team of customer service which has members of 2-3 Account Directors and Account Executives.
• Works closely with clients' key persons/ decision makers to build and maintain establish strong relationships.
• Serving as counsel to the client on digital projects on best practice in Digital Platform.
• Foresee and guides the strategic direction and solution to clients determined on business needs and their objectives.
• Lead, manage account services/ projects with internal team, ensuring that all marketing strategies and tactics support client goals.
• Develop and negotiate contract renewals by leveraging a track record of solid execution, measurable results and excellent client service.
• Proactive identify, quality, pitch and close new business opportunities within your assigned client accounts.
• Keep update marketing digital trend and digital knowledge along with team to utilize in work.

Qualifications:

• Thai Nationality Male or Female
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing/Advertising/Computer Science/ or relate fields.
• At least 7 years direct experience in Digital Marketing Industry.
• IT proficiency (Ms.Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Good knowledge of Digital Platform
• Budget planning, media planning and project management are proffered.
• English proficiency (both speaking and written)
