- Lead team of customer service which has members of 2-3 Account Directors and Account Executives.
- Works closely with clients' key persons/ decision makers to build and maintain establish strong relationships.
- Serving as counsel to the client on digital projects on best practice in Digital Platform.
- Foresee and guides the strategic direction and solution to clients determined on business needs and their objectives.
- Lead, manage account services/ projects with internal team, ensuring that all marketing strategies and tactics support client goals.
- Develop and negotiate contract renewals by leveraging a track record of solid execution, measurable results and excellent client service.
- Proactive identify, quality, pitch and close new business opportunities within your assigned client accounts.
- Keep update marketing digital trend and digital knowledge along with team to utilize in work.
- Thai Nationality Male or Female
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing/Advertising/Computer Science/ or relate fields.
- At least 7 years direct experience in Digital Marketing Industry.
- IT proficiency (Ms.Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Good knowledge of Digital Platform
- Budget planning, media planning and project management are proffered.
- English proficiency (both speaking and written)
- Leadership Skill and team management

- Good negotiation skills and presentation skill
