Head of Product Marketing (Consumer Electronics)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage product portfolios, develop and planning marketing strategies
  • Analyze marketing strategies for local markets and evaluates price position strategies
  • Develop Advanced Marketing and Sales Plan to achieve Target Sales, Consolidated Profit and Market Share. Communicate to related parties and manage and follow up the execution
  • Manage the Supply Chain Management to get the supply that is related to Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Target as well as to properly manage other Key KPIs such as Price Protection and Insolvent Inventory
  • Develop Sell-Out plan which is strategically considered the different stages of PLC from the New Product Launching as well as to achieve the key strategic products segment
  • Differentiate over competitors by developing Convergence Strategies and Marketing Plan in term of Technology Leader to drive Convergence Sales.
  • Manage Business P&L to have profitable growth.
  • Develop organization and increase people capabilities


Qualifications:

  • Thai Nationality only.
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
  • At least 12 years of management experience in all aspects of marketing, product management, trade / channel marketing in related industries or other competitive companies.
  • Excellent English proficiency and computer skill
  • Proven track record with high volume & reputed companies are must and experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies.
  • Possess the ability to plan, organize and implement marketing projects and programs within assigned product category.
  • Strong experience in trade marketing, category management, account management background with a leading consumer product or FMCG companies.
  • Strong record of creating a winning vision in an environment, emphasis on merchandising, promotion and partnerships.
  • Ability to create and implement business strategies that grow sales & margins and manage key business metrics.
  • Innovative and creative-ability to identify and evaluate creative ideas that will create competitive advantage.
  • Ability to disseminate market information and provide the best strategic business plan for product category.
  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing to consumer markets.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while possessing a sense of urgency.
  • Creative, Self-motivated with high degree of initiative, result-oriented, decisive, action-oriented, good problem solving, strong organization and challenging
