Job description:
- Support and manage following with Company strategic plan.
- Provide direction plan, implement and improve for HR management policies.
- Working with HR Department for HR management roles as recruitment, training, employee relation, benefit welfare and HR trend.
- In cooperation with Departmental Managers to ensure the succession management is aligned with the business plan.
- Handle executive talent management -talent review, succession planning, movement, capability development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Human Resource or Business administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years related experience and minimum 3 years for management level.
- Strong communications with demonstrated to deliver effective message to variety of audiences.
- Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills and capable of leading with teams.
