Responsibilities

  • Lead, implement, and support all HR & GA activities
    • Strategic & Hands on Recruitment Process
    • Compensation & Benefits Management & Design
    • Headcount Planning
    • People Development
    • Career Roadmap,
    • Employee Engagement
    • Exit Interview
    • Employee Opinion Survey
    • HR Information System and General Administration, etc.
  • Be a partner with Business Leads for employee insight, organization design, career consultation, career development, and proactively retain talents
  • Provide counselling and advice services for Leads and all employees
  • Implement HR & GA Project as assigned

Qualifications

  • Thai Nationality Only.
  • Minimum 10 years of experiences in Human Resources both HRM & HRD
  • Handling fast growing business or familiar with start-up environment
  • Experience with Technology Industry is a plus
