- To troubleshoot and support end users on software and hardware.
- Monitoring and maintaining software.
- Monitoring Email and Application.
- Responding in timely manner to service issues and requests
- Running report for conclusion issues and request
- Perform other functions or projects, which may be assigned by upper level
- Help teams support, troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
- Good customer services skills, Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer, Business Computer or relevant field.
- Strong foundation on data query / manipulation using SQL and data visualization using tools will be the advantage.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, excellent problem solving and critical thinking skill.
- Good in English Skills will be the advantage.
