Responsibilities:

  • To troubleshoot and support end users on software and hardware.
  • Monitoring and maintaining software.
  • Monitoring Email and Application.
  • Responding in timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Running report for conclusion issues and request
  • Perform other functions or projects, which may be assigned by upper level
  • Help teams support, troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
  • Good customer services skills, Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues


Qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer, Business Computer or relevant field.
  • Strong foundation on data query / manipulation using SQL and data visualization using tools will be the advantage.
  • Good analytical, troubleshooting, excellent problem solving and critical thinking skill.
  • Good in English Skills will be the advantage.
