- Oversee overall of recruitment process and supervise team to perform full recruitment process smoothly.
- The expansive range of activities includes strategic sourcing, competency based interviews, stakeholder management, client communications, onboarding etc.
- Communicate recruitment processes and advise areas for improvement.
- Strategize sourcing and assure availability of qualified candidates.
- Provide consultative support to hiring managers on talent acquisition best practices and solutions and work with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job roles and responsibilities and ensure that employment activities are efficiently carried out.
- Monitor and update status of each headcount requests and ensure that recruitment targets and KPIs are succeeded.
- Male/Female, obtained BA/MA in any fields.
- Working experience in IT business will be a plus.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in end-to-end Recruitment for Senior Level.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in end-to-end Recruitment for Assistant and Manager Level with minimum 1-2 years as Recruitment Team Leader or Management Level.
- Good command in English both spoken & written.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication, management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and supervise Recruitment team.
- Ability to work under pressure and dynamic working environment
