Responsibility

  • Responsible for Food Service and other OEMs accounts' performance of sell activities and Be the key contact person to customers.
  • Organize workshops and develop NPDs for customers to grow business together year on year.
  • Develop account plan and menu analysis of customer need in both short and long-term business opportunity and come up with an action plan which is similar with company strategy and direction.
  • Ensure that all the requirements from customers are met.
  • Responsible for sales target and KPI that given.
  • Analyze market situation, define issues, and find possible solutions.
  • Communicate with channel marketing to work with customer on consumer research, to get an understanding of consumer insights, and propose solutions for customers to win and retain profitable business.
  • Ensure efficient communication with the other departments
  • Ensure all documentations are appropriately clear in order by due and meet customer's satisfaction.
  • Lead the top-to-top meeting with key customers to ensure a strong relationship and remove business obstacles, aligning with company direction.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • ages 27 - 35 years old
  • Experience in managing B2B Channel at least 3 years
  • Knowledge in Food Service channel or HoReCa and own a car would be beneficial
  • Able to manage clients with different business profiles
  • Leadership, Project Management, Presentation and Negotiation Skills are required
  • Mobility; able to travel to upcountry
