We're lookging for Sales / Key Account Manager to lead a sales team for modern trade channels of Food & Beverage Industies. If you're keen on develop and implement Sales Strategy, good connection with modern trade account, open new market opportunity for company growth. We are seeking you.


  • Manage and negotiate key agreements with modern trade customer partners including promotion and merchandising planning, new product listing, pricing actions, planogram aim to revenue growth
  • Develop Annual Master Plan to align with marketing strategy, New Product launch, category strategy assortment, promotion plan and trade deal according to company goals and priorities.
  • Develop Promotion Plan and choose the right promotion mechanic for responsible channel / customers and evaluate for ROI/ promotion pay out.
  • Define the right pricing structure, ensure the sales strategies have been executed to match with the market/customer opportunities and company resources.
  • Report and tracking to follow up sales in-store execution i.e. Promotion, New Initiatives launch, New Products Launch
  • Build good and long-term relationship with customers product buyers and leverage sales and service of the company.


  • Thai Nationality only, Male or Female
  • Strong experience in Modern Trade strategy management in Thailand - Food/ Beverage will be a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Statistic or Business Administration, Economics or related field.
  • At least 5-7 years with experience in FMCG or retail distribution industry
  • Analytical thinking: ability to categorize information to facilitate decision making and strategic planning; assimilate diverse information into usable, analyses both qualitative and quantitative data to provide insight and identify category opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related data & statistical programs and related analytic software
  • Strong communication skills and able to work in team
  • Good Command in English for both of speaking and writing.
  • Be open-minded person to get commend when having different points of view.
  • Proactive and assertive to represent sales team to join with marketing whenever having new initiatives development.
  • Strong leadership capability to manage both customer and internal team expectations
