One of the leading office and retail building developer companies are looking for a building manager (General Manager level) for one of Bangkok's large office properties.

Reporting to VP, you will be assisting with the overall running and management of a large office development. This is a varied role with a diverse range of responsibilities, which include dealing with tenants, owners and contractors on a daily basis. You will also be involved with all facets of building management and assist with the following:


  • Inspections and maintenance
  • Building presentation and facilities management
  • Acting as point of contact for all owners and tenants
  • Conflict resolution and handling problems in a timely manner
  • Ensuring contractors fulfill obligations, i.e. cleaning and security
  • Reporting and documenting information


  • Long years of experience in managing large-scale office buildings (at least 100,000 sq.m.) in the very heart of Business District
  • Handled security, facilities, engineering department of the building, maintenance
  • English competency is required to make reports in English
  • Profiles do not appear a job hopper (stay in the same company for more than 3 years, or don't change career every 1-2 years.)
