  • Formulate "Feasibility Study" to support Financial Planning, Budget & Forecasting.

  • Manage "Due-Diligence Process" on Corporate Financial Deals including lead team in Deal Structuring, Closing of M&A transactions, and Divestment & conducting financial models & valuation for IPO projects.

  • Formulate "Feasibility Study" to support Financial Planning, Budget & Forecasting.

  • Providing loan sources and financial instrument, manage loan agreement, credit facilities agreement in project finance, trade finance or factoring

  • Preparing documents and presentations to update the status of progress of the project(s) for management's report.

  • Preparing letters and agreements with related departments to support project negotiation and development.


  • Master's Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Related Fields with at least 3-7 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Financial Structuring and Investment, Loan.

  • Background from Investment Banking from Banking, a professional services firm would be an advantage.

  • Good people skills, Hands-on, Team-Leader, supervising skill, Good presentation & communication skills, and able to deliver completed assignments as deadline.

  • Fluent in English or TOEIC 750 or above.
