Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide service and consultancy to clients, mostly to support digital transformation projects.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams and clients for project delivery and process.
- Making good relationship with key clients by investigating problems and helping them find best solutions and practices.
- directly contact with Senior Management (C Level) for business strategy improvement and plug in with the company's service.
- 10 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Engagement, Enterprise Solution Architect.
- Familiar with Retail Industry client would be advantage.
- Skill in Data and Digital Transformation Project Management is a plus.
