- Responsible for sales, management & growth of the Personal loan business (both Tele sales and Direct sales), focusing on acquisition channel management, manage loan portfolio and strengthen value proposition
- Managing a large sales force - driving growth in productivity to achieve the sales target
- Driving profitable growth in challenging market conditions balancing short term P&L expectations with long term strategic focus areas.
- Initiating and end-to-end execution of the various acquisition event and campaigns to acquire new personal loan market which involved
- Developing communication strategies and communication budget allocation.
- Managing and monitoring portfolio level, marketing expenses and costs to be in line with the budget as forecast.
- Supervising and coaching direct team members subject to the key performance indicators (KPI) as set up.
- Thai Nationality. Minimum mid's 40 - 50 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Finance, Marketing, Business Economics, or related fields.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or related
- Minimum 10 years of Sales experience in Personal loan or Credit card business (acquisition channel).
- Experience for a senior management position.
- Good Verbal and Writing skills in Thai & English (Prefered)
