- Plan, direct and monitor the activities of a sales team within the assigned region to achieve established sales targets
- Manage the day-to-day activities of a sales force in order to implement the organization's overall sales strategy
- Monitor the performance of the sales teams within the region and re-allocate resources to improve overall results
- Contribute to the development of sales, marketing and customer retention for the region.
- Oversee sales support activities such as sales administration, customer service, distribution, invoicing and credit and collections to ensure that customer orders are processed, dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and on time.
- Coach sales representatives on the technical aspects of the organization's products and services.

- Cost Analysis for Project and MRO
- Male or Female, Age 38+
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Industrial or Control of Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of sales experiences in flow instrument.
- Ability to consistently deliver double profitable sales growth.
- Fluent in English
