- Developing sales strategies, sales planning, and driving sales performance for HORECA channel in Premium Brand (HORECA; Luxury 5 Star Hotels, Restaurants, etc.)
- Leading account management strategy to align with the business direction
- Ensuring to achieve Brand Standards: providing tools and visibility to grow share.
- Develop and implement standardized and simplified ways of working for the team.
- Managing and coaching sales team to achieve the company target
- Thai nationality only.
- Bachelor's degree in any, Master's degree is a plus.
- At least 5 years of Sales experience with background in On Trade/On-Premise and HORECA.
- Prefer Experience in managing luxury 5 stars hotels channel
- Having experience in Alcohol Business will be advantages
- Fluent in English both writing and speaking
- Must have good attitude towards alcoholic drinks with understanding the business concept.
