Location:Prapradaeng, Samutprakan
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a customer relationship, update database, quotations log and sales forecasts.
- Liaise with the related departments to obtain costings, produce technical drawings and price up proposals.
- Coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing, Scheduling, Quality and other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Support customer inquiries including delivery issues.
- Monitor expected ship dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed
- Deal with customer complaints, finding solutions and suggest improvement.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information
Qualifications
- Female, Thai Nationality, age 30's - 40's
- Possess good decision‐making skills and be a problem solver.
- Ability to multi‐task and shift priorities to meet the needs of the customers
- English communication (Must) or Japanese communication (preferred)
