Senior Key Account Manager


Responsibilities:

  • Creating strong strategic partnership with key account concerning to the positioning of the company
  • Estimating current sales within Key Accounts and developing action plans to improve sales revenue
  • In charge of building and implementing key account plan (business potential, contact lists, competition, value proposition and action plan)
  • Handling for getting the right resources to support the key account plan
  • Conducting complex contract negotiation
  • Making strong relationships with the decision makers within the key account, creating and identifying business opportunities
  • Engaging with internal resources to win product or solution specific opportunities
  • Analysing and aiming Key Accounts which will gain sales opportunities
  • Comprehending and catching to industry trends (safety standard, change of technology…), competitive strategies and product technologies
  • Arranging data to support monthly product forecasting process
  • Archiving sales and profitability targets for each line of business for the targeted large accounts
  • Leading presentations, proposals and plans as necessary

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration OR marketing OR engineering
  • Minimum 5 years in customer-facing outside sales experience and in Industrial Safety products and equipment
  • Experience in sales of products through the indirect sales channels
  • Good understanding in procedure of managing end user's relationship
  • Required project management skills
  • Good command to fluent in written and spoken English
