Sr. Manager HROD
Location: Bangkok (Metropolitan)

Job Description:

  • Maintains and enhances the organization human resources by planning, implementing, evaluating employee and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Work closely with team to understand business needs, challenges, design and implement effective HROD strategy to organization.
  • Designing and implementation policies related to people management, attraction, deployment and development to build a positive and performance-oriented culture in the company.
  • Develop & manage staffs in the competent and professional way, within a framework and within their delegated responsibilities.
  • Work closely with project manager to enhance company's goals and achievement. Key project: Performance Management, Talent Management & Succession planning, job evaluation, job redesign etc.
  • Directs and monitors the conduct of performance appraisal systems to ensure competitiveness & compliance with legal requirement & competitiveness market.
  • Partner with team to organize and deliver a business solution and to support BU regarding to HROD implementation.
  • Provide a report related with project implementation (HROD) and etc.

Qualifications:

  • Thai Nationality only.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree level with experience of HR strategy planning, change management, administration, management, OD etc.
  • At least 15 years direct experiences in HROD with end-to-end experiences from strategy innovative to execution.
  • Previous experience in planning, design and executing HROD intervention/program for large sizing organization (1,000 employees up).
  • Experience in implementing innovative HR strategies, HR transformation and change management.
  • Analytical, initiative, possess strong interpersonal & communication skills, perservance to see the changes, positive & with a continuous improvising mindset are essential attributes.
  • Prefer candidate who has handled dynamic working environment.
  • Good ability to work with the team and independent.
  • Fluent English Communication.
