Responsibilities

  • To troubleshoot and remote IT support end users on software as customer's requirement
  • Manage help desk system internally.
  • Develop & provide consultation to customer on the design, setup, and implementation of the Big Data Technology & infrastructure.
  • Perform other functions or projects and manage to effectively resolve customer issues.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure timely completion of client deliverables.
  • Good customer services skills, Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Running report and prepare document for conclusion issues and request.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bechelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT Related fields.
  • 1-2 years experiences in IT Support
  • Knowledge of Operating System (Linux, Cloud Technology) and TCP/IP Networking.
  • Knowledge of software installation and setting up
  • Knowledge of SQL language
  • Knowledge about CRM is a plus
