- Responsible for achieving sales objective of ERP application solution.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and all related KPIs.
- Develop existing customer base and expand new business opportunities with selected major customers.
- Formulate account development plans and sales strategies for penetrating into the assigned market segments/ customers.
- Demonstrate unique value proposition to reinforce company reputation as a quality solution provider.
- Work closely with Sales and Pre-sales/Consultant team to position proposed solutions to meet client requirements.
- Develop and build relationships with other potential customers.
- Proactively develop opportunities by closely monitoring market developments.
- Responsible for sales engagement and business opportunity management where you need to identify new prospects and markets for business growth and expansion.
- On-going correspondence with existing customers to ensure satisfaction is achieved.
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
- 5 years of sales experience, preferable in ERP products and/or solution selling.
- Understand the IT solution sales cycle.
- Strong solution selling skills with proven sales track record.
- Proven experience in managing and closing sophisticated applications solutions is a plus.
- Aggressive, self-motivated and result-oriented character with a strong passion to succeed.
- Strong diplomatic and interpersonal skills, able to work and communicate effectively with various internal/ external parties.
- Highly Self-Motivated, result-oriented and can work independently.
- Good command of English.
