Talent Acquisition Manager - Regional (100K)
Location: Bangkok (BTS accessible)

Responsibility:

  • To responsible for full-loop of recruitment and initiate an employment branding.
  • Own and drive recruitment priorities across our global operations.
  • Lead employment branding initiatives and build strong employer brand. Sourcing and retaining talent employees.
  • Ability to identify and access high talented individuals through innovative methods and tools.
  • Facilitate interview scheduling and partner closely with business leaders across the regions.
  • Work closely to shape the organization structure and pay key role to recommend course of actions in achieving hiring goals with a lean team.
  • Working independently and collaboratively to solve recruitment needs.
  • Develop Talent Acquisition Strategies and hiring plans.
  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.).
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agency for global talent acquisition order.
  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
  • Responsible for talent market intelligence and research.
  • Develop talent pipeline for each location.
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
  • Manage Talent Acquisition tools and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Thai Nationality
  • MA/BSc/BA in business administration, human resources management or related field.
  • At least 7 years proven experience as talent acquisition manager.
  • International experience & experience in an RPO is preferred.
  • Direct experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
  • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques.
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and databases.
  • Excellent communicator, well-organized, a driver and strategic thinker.
  • Fluent English.
