Responsibility:

  • To responsible for end to end of recruitment for Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia and Laos.
  • Lead and drive recruitment project across our global operations.
  • Sourcing and retaining talent employees.
  • Ability to identify and access high talented individuals through innovative methods and tools.
  • Facilitate interview scheduling and partner closely with business leaders across the regions.
  • Collaboratively to solve recruitment needs.
  • Develop Talent Acquisition Strategies and hiring plans.
  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes.
  • Coordinate with external local recruitment agency in each country.
  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
  • Develop talent pipeline for each location.
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Thai Nationality
  • MA/BSc/BA in business administration, human resources management or related field.
  • At least 7 years proven experience as talent acquisition manager and has experience in mass recruitment and recruitment project.
  • Direct experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing.
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
  • Excellent communicator, well-organized, a driver and strategic thinker.
