Responsibility:
- To responsible for end to end of recruitment for Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia and Laos.
- Lead and drive recruitment project across our global operations.
- Sourcing and retaining talent employees.
- Ability to identify and access high talented individuals through innovative methods and tools.
- Facilitate interview scheduling and partner closely with business leaders across the regions.
- Collaboratively to solve recruitment needs.
- Develop Talent Acquisition Strategies and hiring plans.
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs.
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes.
- Coordinate with external local recruitment agency in each country.
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
- Develop talent pipeline for each location.
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
Qualifications:
- Thai Nationality
- MA/BSc/BA in business administration, human resources management or related field.
- At least 7 years proven experience as talent acquisition manager and has experience in mass recruitment and recruitment project.
- Direct experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing.
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
- Excellent communicator, well-organized, a driver and strategic thinker.
